Senior Werum PAS-X MES L2 Support & Integration Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide L2 support for Werum PAS-X MES across manufacturing and packaging.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve MES incidents per SLAs.
• Root cause analysis and coordination with internal teams and vendors.
• Manage Werum PAS-X administration: users, roles, permissions, configuration.
• Support MBR/EBR lifecycle: updates, deployments, maintenance.
• Maintain integrations between PAS-X and SAP PP-PI; ensure data exchange.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience supporting Werum PAS-X MES in GMP/regulated manufacturing.
• Hands-on L2 MES support experience in production environments.
• Expertise in Werum PAS-X administration, configuration, and ops support.
• Experience managing MBR and EBR throughout their lifecycle.
• Mandatory MES integrations experience, SAP PP-PI connectivity and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of pharma manufacturing, GMP, CSV, and regulated environments.
