Senior Werum PAS-X MES L2 Support & Integration Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide Level 2 support for Werum PAS-X MES across manufacturing and packaging.
• Monitor, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve MES incidents and integration issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
• Manage Werum PAS-X administration: users, security roles, permissions.
• Support MBR/EBR lifecycle updates, deployments, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain integrations between PAS-X and enterprise systems, esp. SAP PP-PI.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience supporting Werum PAS-X MES in pharma/Life Sciences.
• Hands-on L2 MES support experience in production environments.
• Proven PAS-X administration, configuration, and operational support.
• Experience managing MBR and EBR throughout their lifecycle.
• Mandatory MES integrations experience, esp. SAP PP-PI connectivity.
• Strong GMP, CSV, and regulated environment knowledge.
