Senior Werum PAS-X MES L2 Support & Integration Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide Level 2 support for Werum PAS-X MES across operations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot MES incidents and integration issues per SLAs.
• Root-cause analysis for recurring issues; coordinate with teams and vendors.
• Administer Werum PAS-X: user management, security roles, and configuration.
• Support MBR/EBR lifecycle: updates, deployments, maintenance.
• Maintain PAS-X integrations with SAP PP-PI; ensure reliable data exchange.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years supporting Werum PAS-X MES in pharma/manufacturing.
• L2 MES support hands-on experience in production environments.
• PAS-X administration, configuration, and operational support.
• Experience managing MBR and EBR lifecycle.
• MES integrations with SAP PP-PI connectivity and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of GMP, CSV, and regulated environments.
