📋 Description

• Lead and oversee complex wildfire risk mitigation projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment
• Support the growth and development of our wildfire risk mitigation service line, identifying
• Provide mentorship and senior leadership to junior staff members, fostering their professional
• Conduct comprehensive technical reviews and analyses related to building codes, fire/wildfire
• Conduct or provide technical oversight of fire/wildfire behavior modeling, smoke modelling and
• Evaluate wildfire hazard, risk and vulnerability analytics to develop comprehensive mitigation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Disaster Risk Management, Fire Engineering, Fire Science, Electrical
• 10+ years of experience in wildfire preparedness, fire behavior modeling, risk mitigation, utility
• Demonstrated leadership experience at a managerial level
• Technical expertise in wildfire risk management, wildfire behavior modeling (FLAMMAP, FARSITE), and
• Strong project management skills
• Commercial acumen and ability to identify business development opportunities
