Senior Workday Administrator (HCM, Compensation and Security)

📋 Description

• Own the configuration, maintenance, and ongoing operation of Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation
• Manage core HR configuration, organizational structures, business processes, bonus cycles, merit
• Lead Workday configuration projects, including new module deployments, system upgrades
• Monitor Workday system health, performance, functionality, and security to ensure reliable and
• Administer Workday security configurations, including security groups, roles, permissions, and
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvement and automation opportunities and

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience within a live production tenant
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Information Systems, or a related
• Deep functional expertise in Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, and Security
• Workday certification is highly desirable, particularly in HCM, Security, and Advanced Compensation
• Previous experience deploying or implementing Workday modules and supporting configuration projects
• Strong configuration experience across additional Workday modules such as Recruiting, Benefits
