Senior Workday Change Management Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead and execute change management activities for Workday implementation clients, including
• Develop tailored training content such as visual job aids, instructor-led training presentations
• Deliver instructor-led training sessions and help clients build the knowledge and confidence
• Lead regular client meetings, provide project updates, monitor progress, address questions and
• Partner with functional Workday teams to identify process and organizational impacts and understand
• Support clients in achieving user adoption targets and completing required change management

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience developing and supporting change management deliverables for clients
• Workday Pro Certification, or previous experience working directly with Workday or within a Workday
• Demonstrated experience in change management for Workday implementation projects
• Experience developing training materials, including visual job aids, instructor-led content, and
• Strong consulting experience (either internal Workday consultant or consulting/software
• Prosci certification preferred
