Senior Workday Report Developer & Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Plan and facilitate requirements workshops, interviews and walkthroughs with business owners and
• Translate business questions into structured reporting requirements: purpose, audience, data
• Analyse current-state reports from legacy systems and determine whether to retire, replace
• Challenge and prioritise requests against business value, data availability and delivered Workday
• Maintain a reporting requirements inventory and traceability matrix linking each requirement to its
• Obtain formal business sign-off on requirements and on delivered reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Workday report design and development experience
• Design and build Workday reports of all types: Simple, Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending and
• Develop dashboards, Discovery Boards and worklet-based analytics for managers and executives.
• Create and maintain calculated fields, custom report data sources and report prompts, following
• Build reports used as data sources for integrations (e.g. RaaS / Workday web services) in
• Configure report sharing, scheduling, bursting and output formats.
