📋 Description

• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong
• Coordinate client program changes and implementation activities to ensure smooth transitions and
• Monitor operational metrics, including inventory, turnaround times, and service-level commitments
• Investigate and resolve client inquiries, service concerns, and operational escalations promptly
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal business partners to overcome workflow challenges
• Prepare, analyze, and present operational reports, performance metrics, and actionable business

🎯 Requirements

• A high school diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and perform effectively in a fast-paced
• Excellent written communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
