Senior Workplace Experience Specialist

📋 Description

• Oversee daily workspace operations, including mailroom, security, janitorial services, food and beverage programs, parking, and site amenities
• Align physical workplace layouts and workflows with organizational needs by applying modern space management practices
• Develop and execute strategic workplace projects and initiatives aligned with local and global goals
• Partner cross-functionally with the People Team and stakeholders to drive employee engagement
• Maintain and optimize site workflows to ensure a seamless on-site experience for employees and guests

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated curiosity and exploration of AI tools to enhance workflows
• On-site availability in San Jose, CA (Mon-Fri) with site-lead experience
• Expert in vendor administration, change management, and operational workflows
• Proven project management skills overseeing complex workplace initiatives
• Experience supporting space planning and desk density/utilization analysis
• Ability to evaluate facilities systems using dashboards to drive improvements
