📋 Description

• Editorial Ownership: Own the quality, voice, and consistency of student-facing writing across one
• Pedagogy-Informed Writing: Partner with learning designers to express instructional goals and
• Go-To Editorial Partner: Act as the primary writing and editing resource across edtech teams
• Mentorship: Actively mentor associate and mid-level writers, giving clear, constructive feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional writing and editing experience, including significant work in edtech
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing for children and/or instructional content that is clear
• Proven track record of owning writing and editing on shipped products
• Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring junior writers
• Proven ability to manage high volume across multiple workstreams while maintaining quality
• Experience building or improving editorial workflows, style guides, or content standards
