📋 Description

• collaborating with a Product Designer on in-app screens
• building messaging toolkits with Product Marketers for web, growth marketing, or CRM
• attending user research sessions
• writing error messages with input from engineers
• editing legal wording with in-house lawyers
• contributing to the Writing discipline and improving overall writing quality at Monzo

🎯 Requirements

• understanding of borrowing and credit products
• experience in content design, UX writing, or product writing
• clear and jargon-free communication style
• ability to use data and research to guide approach
• comfortable moving between tasks daily
• skill in questioning briefs and advocating for the right approach
