• Proven track record of owning organic search and web growth for a large, complex, or multilingual
• Combines technical SEO, content authority, and conversion optimization as a unified growth engine.
• Deep technical fluency in crawl, indexation, site architecture, and performance issues.
• Successfully built and scaled a disciplined experimentation framework across high-intent user
• Strategic builder capable of bringing core capabilities in-house and managing specialist agencies
