SEO Content Lead

📋 Description

• Own organic search as a growth channel end-to-end
• Set the strategy for how Fonoa ranks and wins in search across VAT, GST, e-invoicing, and every
• Ensure the strategy ships: technical SEO health, on-page implementation, and a content pipeline
• Work closely with tax subject matter experts to keep every piece of content accurate and credible
• Work with marketing ops to keep the site technically sound
• Report to the Head of Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of SEO experience, ideally with both a strategy/content background and hands-on technical
• Experience managing a content production pipeline, including briefing and working with writers and
• Using AI to optimize workflows and increase production while maintaining quality
• Comfortable working with complex, technical/regulatory subject matter and translating it into
• Familiarity with core SEO tooling (e.g., Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog)
• Enough technical fluency to diagnose and communicate site issues to engineering
