SEO Lead - CDD 13 months

📋 Description

• Own & execute Organic (SEO, GEO & SMO) strategy.
• Manage a team of 2 SEO experts and foster initiative.
• Prioritize backlog for Eng squad (5 engineers + 1 manager) for CRO/SEO/UX.
• Support Product & Engineering projects enabling agentic conversion via external LLMs (MCPs).
• Perform technical audits & performance analysis of 6 main websites to improve UX.
• Lead web page optimization backlog & A/B testing to maximize conversion.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of Google's algorithms & SEO best practices with proven results.
• Experience maximizing visibility with Gen AI & optimizing for Agentic Conversion.
• Knowledge of Web CRO and adopting new techniques.
• Ability to manage a small team and build cross-functional partnerships with product, engineering, design, and marketing.
• Full working proficiency in English & French.
• Nice to have CMS experience and content strategies.
