📋 Description

• Own complex client escalations before they reach the Platform Lead.
• Identify patterns across 300+ clinics and push scalable improvements.
• Improve processes, workflows, and docs for the SEO team.
• Develop and upskill the SEO Representative team through coaching.
• Serve as the escalation point between SEO Reps and Platform Lead.
• Help scale the program across hundreds of clinics.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO with local or technical results.
• Deep knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and Google Business Profile.
• Leadership or training experience.
• Experience managing a multi-site or portfolio-scale SEO.
• Clear, confident communicator; healthcare experience is a differentiator.
