SEO Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day IG North America websites, content updates, and organic performance monitoring.
• Develop and execute SEO and GEO strategy to improve organic visibility and AI search presence.
• Partner with Web & CRO Lead to align SEO initiatives with optimization and conversion goals.
• Conduct keyword research and ensure natural keyword integration across pages.
• Conduct technical SEO audits with developers (crawlability, indexability, sitemaps, canonical tags).
• Monitor Core Web Vitals and site performance; flag issues impacting SEO and UX.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, IT, data analytics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in website management, SEO, or digital marketing.
• Contentstack CMS, HTML, CSS, tag management, and web basics.
• Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
• Familiarity with keyword tools, SEO metrics, and GEO/AI search trends.
• Understanding of technical SEO concepts (crawl/index) and Google Search Console.
