Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps, and acquire homes
Negotiate property acquisitions and dispositions
Perform due diligence and prepare contracts for ratification
Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value
Meet homeowners to present offers; coordinate with realtors, lenders, and title at closing
Remote role with regular in-person meetings as needed

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of sales experience
Top 10% of sales staff in prior roles
Strong communication and MS Office skills
Proven quota attainment via phone sales
Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
