• Role buys homes for House Buyers of America; remote with in-person meetings.
• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps, acquire homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence and prepare contracts.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value.
• Meet homeowners to present offers and coordinate closing.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience
• Top 10% sales performer in prior roles
• Strong communication and MS Office skills
• Proven quotas achievement via phone sales
• Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred)
