📋 Description

• The Real Estate Acquisition Consultant buys homes for House Buyers of America.
• Follows up on leads, values properties, analyzes comps and acquires homes.
• Negotiates acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Performs extensive due diligence and prepares contracts for ratification.
• Estimates repairs and determines ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meets with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Works with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during closing.
• Remote role; you will conduct in person meetings with prospects/clients regularly.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% of sales staff in prior roles.
• Strong communication and MS Office skills.
• Proven success meeting quotas via phone sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred).
