Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps, acquire homes
Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
Perform extensive due diligence on acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification
Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value
Meet homeowners to present offers on properties
Coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during closing

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of sales experience
Top 10% sales performer in previous roles
Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills
Proven quota attainment through phone sales
Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
