Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
Perform due diligence on acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
Estimate repairs and determine ARV and as-is value.
Meet homeowners to present offers and coordinate closings.
Fully remote role with in-person meetings; evening/weekend availability.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of sales experience.
Consistently top 10% of sales staff.
Excellent communication and computer skills, including MS Office.
Proven experience achieving quotas via phone sales.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred).
