Serial life quality manager

📋 Description

• Drive quality convergence plans to achieve customer quality targets.
• Monitor and analyze quality KPIs, warranty claims, failure rates, and warranty costs.
• Lead quality issue resolution by coordinating Engineering, Plants, Suppliers, and Quality teams.
• Manage Engineering Quality Issues (QIT) and ensure proper tracking in GIM/PLM.
• Support problem-solving activities with quality data, reports, and methodologies.
• Ensure production non-conformities are addressed by plant quality teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Problem solving skills, quality process, product design (system, architecture), industrial skills
• Managerial skills: Ability to convince, communicate, manage the handling of quality issues
• Ability to analyze risks and their consequences
• Ability to mobilize and lead transversal teams
