📋 Description

• Develop the section and create successful and sustainable business
• Responsible for the section's operations, including strategy, profitability, marketing, quality
• Combine managerial role with consulting work, e.g. as project manager or technical specialist
• Lead two group managers and approximately 30 employees across four offices
• Participate in the management group for AFRY Railway and contribute to overall market and

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience from the railway industry, preferably in design and project management
• Well-versed in technical areas: track, electrical, signaling, telecom and ducting
• Good understanding of project phases from early investigations to implementation and follow-up
• University or civil engineering education, vocational education in railway, or equivalent work
• Previous experience as a consultant is desirable
• Demonstrated leadership skills, e.g. as project manager, technical manager, group leader or group
