📋 Description

• Lead investigation of garage KPIs and bottlenecks across global network.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on garage automations and solutions.
• Drive capacity planning and footprint modeling for scalable depots.
• Champion NPI success and facility bring-ups from early deployment to regional scaling.
• Own cross-functional reporting and executive roadmap updates.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading technical or operations programs in deployment/logistics or infra systems.
• Experience managing multiple vehicle platforms and NPI programs during scaling.
• Strong in metric investigations, triage, and process change inside live footprints (garages, hubs
• Roadmap management skills to defend ops requirements vs engineering/product pushback.
• Excellent cross-functional mediation between operators, product managers, and engineers.
• Strong data acumen with telemetry and leadership-facing roadmaps.
