Service Center Supervisor

📋 Description

• Serve as primary client representative for service center
• Supervise couriers, samplers, and service center staff
• Schedule pickups/deliveries, prepare bottle orders, ship samples
• Handle client complaints and maintain relationships
• Maintain vehicle maintenance and mileage records
• Ensure EH&S compliance and facility upkeep

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Prior supervisory experience required
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Authorization to work in US without sponsorship
