📋 Description

• Act as a liaison between the laboratory and local client base
• Supervise the Service Center facility, couriers, samplers and other personnel
• Handle client complaints professionally and resolve in a timely manner
• Maintain records for vehicle maintenance and driving miles, reporting monthly
• Schedule pickups and deliveries, prepare bottle orders, and ship samples to laboratory for analysis
• Work with laboratory management in capacity loading decisions

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma Required
• Prior supervisory experience required
• Valid state issued driver's license and clean driving record to drive company vehicles
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Professional working proficiency in English (read, write, speak)
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
