📋 Description

• Map payroll processes from start to finish.
• Identify repetitive tasks, manual checks, and recurring problems.
• Question unnecessary steps and prevent missing information.
• Translate complex policies into clear, version-controlled logic.
• Use LLMs to extract information and validate outputs.
• Create, connect, and maintain workflows using n8n, Alteryx, and LLM-based tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in operations automation, process improvement, business/process analysis, payroll
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining automations with tools like n8n, Alteryx, Make
• Experience using LLMs for practical problem solving.
• Comfortable connecting systems using APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Ability to bring structure to messy processes.
