📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage work orders from initiation through completion
• Align client service requirements with contractual obligations
• Schedule and coordinate site access
• Create work orders and follow up with service providers
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Collect and verify supporting documentation

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of relevant professional experience
• Familiarity with financial management software
• Experience with Maximo and Oracle is an asset
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
