Service Delivery Executive

📋 Description

• Own strategic client relationship at Director+ level.
• Lead governance across onboarding, steady state, and improvements.
• Drive adoption of newly deployed security technology to realize value.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams across SOC operations, SIEM/SOAR, threat intel, and incident response.
• Translate technical risks into business language for executive stakeholders.
• Identify service expansion opportunities aligned with client needs and Cyderes' objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Broad knowledge of cybersecurity domains: SOC ops, SIEM/SOAR, threat intel, IR.
• Experience leading service delivery in at least one domain.
• Understanding of software feature development and adoption; drive engagement.
• Familiarity with energy sector OT/ICS security; NERC CIP knowledge helpful.
• Proven ability to own and grow strategic client relationships at Director level.
• Track record leading client programs through onboarding and steady state.
