  • Manage allocated Managed Services clients; escalation point for issues.
  • Ensure opportunities, risks, and service issues are clearly communicated.
  • Contribute to strategy, governance, and development of Managed Services.
  • Produce and maintain the Service Delivery Plan; report to clients.
  • Coordinate internal projects/workstreams (Process Ownership / CSI).
  • Maintain client satisfaction and contractual obligations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in a Service Delivery role in managed services or tech.
  • Strong ITIL knowledge and good practice.
  • Experience working with clients, suppliers, and internal delivery teams.
  • Ability to coordinate resources to support client outcomes.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and modern office tech.
