• Foster exceptional customer experiences and remove obstacles across the implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align timelines, scope, and acceptance for revenue recognition.
• Maintain deep product understanding to install, configure, and test solutions (e.g., interview
• Travel ~40% and report to senior leadership for strategic alignment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, IT/CS or equivalent experience.
