Service Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Own project plans, schedules, milestones, and critical path for 8–12 concurrent projects.
• Manage customer launches: data migration, SDK integration, go-live readiness.
• Facilitate customer meetings and translate business requirements into plans.
• Provide proactive reporting via automated tools (Von, ClickUp).
• Identify upsell opportunities and own services metrics for project portfolio.
• Use AI tools and automate workflows to streamline delivery tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years project/program management in SaaS or martech.
• Track record managing 10+ concurrent implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, webhooks, data pipelines.
• Experience with ClickUp, Jira, Asana or similar tools.
• Commercial awareness: SOW review, scoping, revenue tracking.
• Excellent communication across EMEA/APAC timezones.
