📋 Description

• Manage client relationships and ensure delivery of services.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Service Delivery Management; fluent in English.
• Strong verbal and written communication; customer service and relationships.
• Analytical skills with track record of driving revenue.
• Process-driven with monthly forecasting of financials.
• ITIL v4 certified; skills in Service Design, Operations and Transition.
• Self-starter, team player with customer-centric ethos.
