🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years direct client-facing experience in benefits or HR tech.
• 2+ years managing projects or implementations in SaaS.
• Strong communication and ability to translate technical concepts.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving mindset.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable with follow-through.
