📋 Description

• Optimise and animate client relations and satisfaction in a continuous improvement logic
• Conceive organisation, ensure transitions, pilot providers' activity, pilot projects and production
• Guarantee and pilot the achievement of production and financial objectives of the contract
• Implement a SI management system (load anticipation and management, dashboard monitoring...)
• Ensure events impacting the service contract are taken into account (qualitative, budgetary
• Analyse and evaluate indicator results, propose action plans; manage controls, tests and diagnostics

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in managing an outsourcing service across multiple client contexts and
• Fluent English required (international context)
• Mastery of ITIL framework and remote management techniques and management of managers
• Client service sense, leadership, communication, analysis and rigor, capacity to propose solutions
• Performance management and relational skills
