Service Delivery Manager – Offshore

📋 Description

• SPOC for MSP and customer; drives service delivery from kickoff to live.
• Coordinate daily activities of PSCs and Accelerate teams globally.
• Combine technical and business skills to map customer objectives to Nexthink features.
• Drive the Service Delivery Strategy and governance with stakeholders.
• Lead regular governance calls and quarterly business reviews.
• Identify automation opportunities and plan custom content with the backend teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred.
• 8-10 years in technical consulting, analytics, and automation.
• Consulting-based approach with strong project management skills.
• Knowledge of Nexthink or similar DEM products a plus.
• Flexible to work UK/US shifts.
• Strong analytical, IT operations, and EUC skills.
