Service Delivery Manager - Offshore

📋 Description

• SPOC for MSP and customer, overseeing contract deliverables.
• Lead governance calls and quarterly reviews with MSP and customer.
• Guide PSC and MSP to drive BAU ops; propose new use cases to boost adoption.
• Analyze customer needs; map to Nexthink features; present insights.
• Develop and drive the Service Delivery Strategy; align with customer goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams; ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS or CE preferred.
• 8-10 years in technical consulting, analytics, and automation; PM skills.
• Knowledge of Nexthink or similar DEM tools is advantageous.
• Flexible to work in UK/US shifts.
• Strong analytical, data-driven, and automation mindset.
• EUC expertise: Windows, Office 365, EUC apps; IT operations knowledge.
