📋 Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of 5-10+ software initiatives across distributed teams.
  • Own delivery roadmap; manage timelines, budgets, resources, scope, and KPIs.
  • Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure profitability, compliance, and staff development; align team with requirements.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in CS, Systems Eng, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years delivery/PM with senior leadership on 5+ concurrent projects.
  • Led large groups (40+ people).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the SDLC.
  • Experience with financial reporting/analysis and budgeting.
  • English B2+ proficiency.
