Service Delivery Program Manager

📋 Description

• Develop end-to-end program roadmap for cloud migration across GCP/AWS/Azure.
• Establish governance with steering, reporting, RACI, and decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, DevOps, and analysts.
• Track and report program health: scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality.
• Drive milestone delivery, manage dependencies, and resolve escalations.
• Coordinate migration waves and cutover planning with minimal downtime.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of program/project PM experience, 5+ in cloud migrations.
• Delivered large migrations ($10M+ budgets) on two clouds (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Experience managing multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud with 500+ workloads.
• Track record leading cross-functional teams of 20+ in engineering and business.
• Enterprise change management and organizational transformation.
• Deep familiarity with cloud architecture patterns: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, serverless, containers.
