• Significant experience in delivery management, operations management, programme management, or
• Proven experience building or improving governance systems, quality frameworks, and delivery
• Experience managing shared resource pools, capacity planning, and staffing models.
• Strong international delivery experience across time zones and cultures.
• Experience using delivery tracking tools, dashboards, and data to identify risks for decisions.
• Desirable: ITAM/SAM/vendor compliance knowledge; certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Six Sigma.
