• Significant experience in delivery management or related leadership in professional
• Proven experience building governance systems and delivery infrastructure across multiple
• Experience managing shared resource pools, capacity planning, and staffing models.
• Strong international delivery experience across time zones and distributed teams.
• Experience using delivery tracking tools, dashboards, and data to identify risks and support
• Knowledge of ITAM/SAM/vendor compliance is a plus; strong systems thinking and governance skills.
