Service Delivery Specialist

📋 Description

• Support alignment of expectations between business teams, tech teams, and external vendors
• Support and follow up on service deliveries from external vendors and service providers
• Ensure quality of supplier deliverables and adherence to agreed service levels
• Communicate with vendors and global teams to ensure system stability for daily operations
• Develop and improve support processes between internal product teams and external vendors
• Support product teams with operational procedures and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in IT, Business, or equivalent experience
• Background in IT or business service-delivery functions
• Experience supporting both business and technical teams
• Good knowledge of IT service management concepts and ITSM tools (ITIL foundation certification is a
• Experience in service operations, support, or service delivery environments
• Experience in an international environment
