📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and motivate frontline teams to achieve productivity, quality, and service-level
• Conduct daily team meetings, allocate workloads based on staffing needs, and manage workflow
• Ensure consistent adherence to standardized operating procedures and compliance requirements.
• Monitor operational dashboards, analyze performance metrics, and adjust workflows to meet

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and operational consistency.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems such as Epic or Cerner is a plus.
