📋 Description

• Join Toronto office to support business and digital transformation with focus on service design and
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand user and stakeholder needs, analyze data
• Lead or support discovery activities, workshops, user research, and journey mapping; prepare
• Apply service design, human-centered design, and AI adoption methodologies to accelerate client
• Support Sia’s business development for the GTA market through proposals and offers.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of relevant experience; minimum 2 years in consulting, service, or creative agency.
• Experience delivering projects combining business and digital transformation with service design or
• Strong facilitation, communication, analytical, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with AI tools in consulting and advising on AI adoption within client environments.
• Public sector experience strongly preferred; based in Greater Toronto Area with onsite 2–3
• English/French bilingual is a strong asset; eligible for Government of Canada Reliability Security
