Service Design & Business Transformation Consultant

📋 Description

• Contribute to business and digital transformation engagements across public and private sector
• Lead or support discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, user research
• Apply service design and human-centered design methodologies to solve complex business challenges
• Apply digital transformation and AI adoption methodologies to accelerate client outcomes
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative insights and develop actionable recommendations
• Facilitate workshops with clients and stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of relevant professional experience with a minimum of 2 years for a consulting
• Experience delivering projects that combine business & digital transformation with service
• Strong facilitation, communication, analytical, and storytelling skills
• Experience with AI, both using AI tools to support consulting engagements, and advising and
• Experience working with public sector organizations is strongly preferred
• Based in the Greater Toronto Area, with the ability to work onsite 2–3 days per week in downtown
