Service Designer / UX Designer (Public Sector)

📋 Description

• Deliver end-to-end service design from problem to implementation
• Apply service design methods to current and future-state experiences
• Create blueprints, journey maps, and service models
• Design user-centred, evidence-based services aligned with goals
• Lead discovery, design, testing, implementation, and optimisation
• Translate user, business, and operational requirements into practical solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in Service Design or related disciplines
• NFQ Level 7 or above design qualification
• End-to-end service design projects from discovery to optimisation
• Experience in user research including interviews and usability testing
• Proficiency with Figma, Miro, Canva
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-disciplinary collaboration
