Service Desk Analyst

📋 Description

• Provide end-user support for local and remote users.
• Handle level 1-3 tickets and troubleshooting.
• Support apps and act as owner between users, IT, and vendors.
• Monitor tickets, backups, and daily reports.
• Configure users, groups, and access in Active Directory.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of IT experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
• Microsoft Windows desktop/server, Office; VMware vSphere.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently and prioritize.
• ITIL knowledge preferred.
