📋 Description

• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues involving applications, hardware

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in IT support, service desk operations, software support, or
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve technical
• Knowledge of software systems, hardware testing, application support, and technology environments.
• Ability to manage multiple support requests while prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
