Service Director (Residential)

📋 Description

• Direct maintenance operations of CIM Group buildings.
• Oversee preventive maintenance per calendar and vendor tasks.
• Manage repair/maintenance budget and cost estimates.
• Respond to work orders within 24 hours; coordinate with PM.
• Manage inventory of appliances, tools, and equipment.
• Enforce access control to roof and mechanical rooms; supervise vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
• 8 years’ experience in high-end client service (hospitality preferred).
• Understanding of basic building mechanical systems.
• Understanding of cleaning processes.
• Ability to travel within the United States.
• Valid Driver license.
