Service Excellence HVAC/R Lead Technician

📋 Description

• Ensure HVAC units operate reliably within your area.
• Maintain and repair HVAC/R systems and equipment.
• Identify maintenance risks on HVAC/R equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC/R systems.
• Complete commissioning checks and adjust RTU controller configurations.
• Perform physical maintenance: filters, coils, belts, and inspections.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as HVAC/R service technician.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• HVAC controls experience; Lennox Core Controllers and Carrier SystemVu beneficial.
• Ability to identify control/mechanical issues before escalation.
• Customer and safety focused.
• Willingness to travel within Allentown, PA and surrounding areas; some weekends.
